Jambalaya, mon ami!
Here is the jambalaya I made in celebration of Mardi Gras.I made some really excellent acorn squash soup, too, but I ate it all before I took a pic. So I have a new resolution to take pics of all the cool new food I make. I guess as a way to validate my culinary skills. I think next on my list is a rotisserie chicken. And then maybe corned beef brisket and cabbage for St. Patty's.
