Bikers Beware
So I'm at a red light in front of a crosswalk that connects the freshman dorms to the main campus at UD. The light turns green and there are all the little freshman stopped safely on the island. So I proceed. Out of nowhere some guy on a bike crosses right in front of me! I hit my brakes and still manage to hit him with my car. He kinda falls on my hood, but he gets up. I open my door and ask if he's okay. He replies he's okay, so I get back in my car and head to class.
I can't believe I actually hit a biker with my car! I was probably only going less than 5 mph at the time as I just started from a stop. Luckily he's okay. It was totally his fault though. Silly freshman. Trying to put a dent in my poor little Svetlana. I think she'll be okay.
